Multi-Disciplinary Visual Artist

  • My work aims to use color, composition, and subject matter to create images that feel whimsical while still being grounded in reality. I utilize a blend of practical effects and editing softwares in my creation process.

  • I capture stories in a way that feels both visceral and intimate. My short films and videos aim to transport audiences into new worlds and environments, not just depict them.

  • My illustrative background is heavily influenced by pop art aesthetics and the ‘How To Draw Manga’ book series, resulting in a unique cartoon style.

Cecelia Hutnick

Multidisciplinary artist based in the San Francisco Bay Area

My visual language leans into exploring juxtapositions between character and environment through themes of duality: whimsy and reality, humor and menace, sincerity and satire. Across all mediums, I aim to create visuals that feel magnetic, emotionally textured, and slightly uncanny.

I hold a B.A. in Filmmaking from San Francisco State University and an MBA in Entrepreneurship from CSU Long Beach. I’ve collaborated with brands such as Moodeaux, Elite 23 International Inc., and Malaika Collective.

Whether you encounter my work through a photograph, a ceramic sculpture, or a screenplay, I hope you’re left feeling entranced (and maybe just a little uneasy—in the best way.)
